Before scheduling an appointment for body waxing service, please make sure you have 
at least a quarter inch of growth, generally speaking this would be 2-3 weeks of growth 
by date of appointment. This will ensure a successful service. One or two days before 
the scheduled appointment, you should avoid using a moisturizer. Be sure not to tan 
24-48 hours before waxing, as this increases sensitivity. If you are using Accutane, 
Retin-A, Differin, Renova, blood thinners, alpha hydroxyl products or have high 
anti-biotic use, you may not be a good candidate for waxing. Certain physical conditions 
such as diabetes, pregnancy and a pre-disposition to cold sores may also cause 
heightened sensitivity.
